Distribution Solutions Communication Man

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Preferably Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field
- Solid experience in communications or marketing communications in B2B environment. Marketing automation experience is a must
- Self-motivated with strong capability for independent direction and decision-making, effective networker
- Proven performance in developing and delivering Marcoms communications plans in a multinational environment
- Excellent writing English skills - clear ability to write with a short briefing in a couple of hours. A writing exercise will be part of the recruitment process
- Strategic thinking and planning - able to manage several projects in parallel
- Ability to engage and work with a range of senior business leaders and stakeholders
- Significant experience in cross-functional, international collaboration, with demonstrated intercultural sensitivity
- Creative and think

- Experience and analytical competence with communication metrics, measurement and KPIs
- Open-minded, autonomous and ready to explore new things and challenges every day with ability to express technically complex content in easy-to-understand way, excellent collaboration skills
