**Sales Associate**

**Customer Service Manager**

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
Mission:

- Fournir un accueil chaleureux et professionnel à chaque client entrant dans la boutique
- Participer aux tâches administratives inhérentes à l'activité de la boutique
- Mettre en place des procédures claires pour gérer les retours et les échanges, en veillant à ce que le processus soit fluide et satisfaisant pour le client
- Coordonner les réparations et l'entretien des produits de luxe, en travaillant avec des artisans qualifiés
- Participer au développement du chiffre d'affaires.

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:
profil:

- Formation en hôtellerie ou d'un titre de gestion de vente
- Expérience d'au moins 3 ans en conseil personnalisé en maison de luxe ainsi qu'à la gestion administrative et SAV d'une boutique
- Sensibilité au domaine exigeant du luxe
- Excellente présentation, sens de l'écoute, orienté résultat, esprit d'équipe
- Bilingue FR-ANG + une autre langue un atout
