**Responsibilities**:

- **Remote Troubleshooting**: Provide remote support to users across Switzerland, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues related to desktop and laptop systems.
- **End-User Device Troubleshooting**: Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- **Smart Hands Support**: Assist with physical tasks for server and network infrastructure when needed, such as cable management, hardware installation, and device resets.
- **Issue Escalation**: Work closely with site contacts and escalate complex technical issues as required, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain clear and professional communication with the designated client supervisor and stakeholders, providing updates and progress reports as needed.
- **Adherence to Processes**: Follow the established workflows and procedures set by the client, ensuring compliance with internal policies and best practices.
- **Ticket Management**: Use ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, MS 365) to log, track, and resolve support requests, ensuring that all tickets are handled efficiently.
- **Peripheral Troubleshooting**: Handle common issues such as network printer errors, imaging issues, password resets, and account access problems.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, network printers, and common software packages (MS Office, Windows, etc.).
- Experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms for issue tracking and resolution.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent service to end users, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in **English and German**.
- Experience in a technical support role, providing hands-on and remote troubleshooting.
