From a small garage in Switzerland, Tally Weijl has been on a crazy journey building its community for close to 40 years, celebrating fashion, fun and love through independence and inclusivity. - Execute videos for Campaign, social media, e-Commerce, Trend team, trade marketing - Film, edit and color grade videos (Campaign, social media and e-commerce shootings). - Photograph extra content for e-commerce and social media (still life and models). - Being involved with strategy, proposals, plans, pitches, and most importantly, design sign-off on projects and ensure quality - Create overall design, look and feel for various projects in collaboration with other communication designers - Designing website interfaces and templates - Using brand guidelines to create original assets for social media campaigns - Researching and analyzing current social media trends - Actively engage in improving and innovating day to day work flows and design procedures. - Assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adept them according to the objectives of the project - Work with key business stakeholders to manage key brand design projects from concept through to execution - Excellent knowledge in latest Adobe CS suite, with a focus in video editing software as Premiere, Final Cut and Davinci resolve.

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication or Graphic Design - 1 + years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in Fast Fashion - English mandatory. Any other European language would be an asset - Creative, curious and passionate about Fashion - Strong Digital Experience in the Retail Business - Proven team player who can effectively work and interface with all levels of the organization and with team in remote - Open-minded, flexible, reactive, dynamic
