In this position, you will own the discovery, development, launch and delivery of products, services, frameworks and infrastructure components for pre and post-sale services working with our customers & partners to develop the solution integrations into industry verticals and the go to market strategies to accomplish the business targets. In this role you will not only drive our key industry verticals but our environmental and sustainability use cases and positioning strategy to be on top of mind of our worldwide customers, not only working closely with our customers and partners worldwide but also cross-functionally with marketing, global sales, customer success and engineering teams to design and guide our value propositions from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.

Reporting to the VP of Products you will work together being responsible for Wingtra’s global go to market strategy development, shaping our products and global functions to bring the most value to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- This position plays a key role in driving the vision and success of Wingtra, managing and driving the development of the product value proposition, services, frameworks and infrastructure components to successfully deliver the solutions to achieve our objectives in key industries.
- Working together with our VP of Products and Managing Directors, you will lead the design, development and delivery of our environment & sustainability strategy through our product lines driving use cases, partnering with universities, governmental and other agencies to achieve our targets and goals.
- In this role you will be in charge to work on the pre and post-sales value generation products, services and frameworks that will increase the recurring revenue for our product lines.
- Working together with our partners and discovering our key industry problems you will be in charge to generate solution packages, proposing the right partners or new internal development that solves key complex problems to penetrate into different key industries.
- You will be working closely with our customers, our global sales teams, your PM peers, the C-suite and the service directors to discover and validate ideas to solve new and complex industry or customer problems that will become products.
- In this role you will be developing a strong business and analytical experience, as well as travelling worldwide to build a network of partners, customers and regional directors/managers which will enable you to drive the strategic expansion of our product offering overall.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
- Min. 2 - 5 years of Product Management or Business Development experience
- Previous collaboration with or experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development
- Understanding of customer experience and go to market strategies
- Developing B2B and indirect Go to Market strategies experience
- Open personality with strong communications skills in an intercultural environment
- Strong sense of urgency & responsibility
- Team player, solution oriented, dynamic, innovative, autonomous and positive attitude
- Experience in preparing commercial presentations and conducting user presentations within enterprise environments
- Approximately up to 30 - 40% travelling worldwide
- English is a prerequisite; additional languages (e.g. Spanish or German) are highly desirable
