**About the role**:
Our client, a world renowned sports association, is looking for 4 Live Match Supervisors to join their team. They need your help to cope with an increase in activity, so you will be joining a pool of 4 people and will work on their Digital Services delivery (streaming, content publication) etc. First you will be trained on their tools, and then will be working remotely or at the office (as you prefer) autonomously.

**Job duties**:

- Open the checklists of the day
- Check outputs and make sure all services are up and running
- Constantly monitor the services’ status
- Answer suppliers in case of questions
- Contact the right supplier in case of issues and follow up
- Track incidents and make reports
- Quality control tasks

**We are looking for**:

- IT or digital background/interest
- A first similar experience, an asset
- Fluent in English
- Interest in football, an asset
- Digital native, attention to detail and good communication skills
