**General Responsibilities**:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and proactive intern to cover a maternity leave for our Neuchatel property management team.

You’ll play a crucial role in welcoming our clients, helping them to settle smoothly in our apartments. Your creative solutions will help increase client satisfaction.
- Fully manage our serviced apartments in Neuchâtel.
- Act as the primary contact for guest arrivals/departures:
Meet & greet clients, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth key handover, and assistance throughout their stay.
- Assistance during the stay to handle daily client queries efficiently.
- Conduct thorough pre-arrival checks of apartments, ensuring cleanliness in collaboration with the housekeeping team.
- Uphold the quality, safety, and comfort of the apartment portfolio.
Coordinate and support apartment maintenance, liaising with technicians and external service providers.
- Utilize our property management system for booking stays, updating, and altering information as needed.
- Bring your own flair to the role by continuously improving administrative processes and suggesting new ideas for streamlining operations.
- Collaborate with the booking team, marketing, and accounts teams, to schedule apartment viewings and sharing vital information to contribute to the organization's overall success.
- Any other ad hoc tasks

**What we’re looking for**:

- Fluent in French & English - written and verbal
- Attention to detail is key You’ll be helping in managing an impressive portfolio of properties, ensuring client queries are dealt with promptly
- A true team player: be happy to collaborate with the whole team
- Be friendly, polite and truly passionate about serviced apartments.
- Patience and problem-solving abilities are essential, as you may encounter occasional challenges.
- A willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with using computerised softwares and tools

**Working hours**:

- 40% - 4 half days

**What’s next?**

Durée du contrat : 6 mois

Rémunération : CHF26 400,00 à CHF31 200,00 par an

Nombre d'heures : 16 par semaine
