**Smart Lab Internship - Innovation Management - 6 months (80-100%)**:

You will be working in the Smart Lab of ABB Motion in Baden and will be reporting to the Global Head of Smart Lab. As part of the global and international team, you will be supporting the team in identification, validation, and implementation of new business opportunities in line with global strategies.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support team with identification, validation, and acceleration of new business opportunities
- Getting things done while participating in Smart Lab projects
- Helping with project management, market research, business case development, workshop preparation, presentations, and internal communication
- Living ABB’s core value of health, safety, and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business
**Your background**:
- Currently pursuing a University degree in any discipline or recently graduated. Demonstrated interest in Energy Efficiency, Energy Management, Sustainability, Circularity or related fields is a plus
- Clear interest in the bridging of technology and business, in Intrapreneurship, Innovation and Lean Startup methodology
- Previous work-experience is a plus
- Team player with a can-do attitude and initiative
- Good communication in English, both written and spoken is a must (Any other language is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valid work permit for Switzerland
