**Managing Director Board Programmes (m/w/d)**:
50 % (unlimited, by 01.01.2025)

**Your tasks**:

- Strategically lead and develop the portfolio of the St.Gallen Board Programmes
- Drive marketing and sales efforts to maintain the programmes' financial sustainability
- Lead and mentor the St.Gallen Board Programmes programme managers
- Oversee the operational management of the programmes, ensuring an exceptional experience for participants through effective programme delivery, stakeholder management, and faculty coordination
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the Board Programmes

**Your profile**:

- Master's Degree in strategy, international management, business administration, economics, social sciences or international relations; a PhD is an advantage
- Proven experience in executive education and/or leadership roles, ideally in practice
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and board dynamics
- International experience and/or experience working in a global environment
- Fluent in English, German proficiency is an asset

The Executive School of Management, Technology, and Law (ES-HSG) at the University of St.Gallen is the main point of contact for continuing education at the university. It manages the university's external continuing education offerings and coordinates internal programs. ES-HSG offers a broad portfolio, including various MBA and Executive MBA programs, specialized courses in law and management and Open Programmes. Additionally, it encompasses the Henri B.
