**The role**

As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in advising public decision-makers on sustainability strategies, utilizing your expertise in science-based methodologies, ESG metrics, and regional development policies.

You will lead projects, engage with clients, and design innovative solutions tailored to their needs. With a focus on coaching and mentoring, you will guide junior consultants and contribute to their professional growth. Your responsibilities will also include conducting evaluations, preparing reports, and ensuring the successful implementation of proposed solutions.

As an active member of our firm, you will have the chance to participate in industry networks, share best practices, and contribute to the development of thought leadership in your field.

**Who are you?**

You will have extensive experience working in sustainability in the public policy context and be a passionate professional looking to make a meaningful impact on sustainability in the public policy context. As a detail-oriented and adaptable problem-solver, you'll excel in navigating complex research projects and providing clear recommendations. With your strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse stakeholders, you'll thrive in multi-stakeholder processes and drive execution in complex environments.

You will also have expertise in sustainability and local economic development policy frameworks in Switzerland, as well as a deep understanding of various frameworks, including the New Regional Policy, and you will possess extensive experience in supporting the design, development, and evaluation of public policies.

You will excel in providing valuable recommendations and action plans, such as roadmaps, securing public funds, and establishing effective programs. Additionally, you will be well-versed in multi-stakeholder processes and facilitation tools, enabling you to navigate complex environments and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Your demonstrated experience in advising organizations using metrics and tools like the logframe and impact models will be invaluable in driving successful outcomes. Fluency in German, French, and English, both orally and in writing, is a must.
