Every second counts in the operations control centers of police and rescue organizations. Hexagon's command and control systems support dispatchers in providing assistance to emergency callers as quickly and effectively as possible.
As **Technical Consultant Public Safety** you are responsible for the following tasks:
- You are part of our operations team, which ensures the operation of customer systems and develops them further
- With your understanding of business processes and requirements, you advise our customers with foresight on their further development, you recognize potential and thus contribute to business development
- You support the further expansion of our service offering
- Together with the Operations team, you ensure customer satisfaction
- You plan and manage enhancements and updates to customer solutions

- Your winning manner, good interpersonal skills and a healthy dose of pragmatism enable you to build lasting relationships, communicate well both internally and externally and find effective solutions in challenging situations
- You like to advise, think conceptually and farsightedly in order to develop the best possible solutions for customers based on our portfolio
- You have an interest in IT, current technologies as well as a good understanding of business processes
- You have experience with monitoring and automation processes
- You speak German, ideally also French or Italian
