**Das bist du**:
Als Platform Infrastructure Team Lead bist du für den Betrieb, die Sicherheit und die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Basis verantwortlich - von der Office-IT über unsere Azure-Infrastruktur bis zu eigenen GPU-Servern. Du baust ein kleines, schlagkräftiges Team auf, führst es fachlich und personell und packst selbst mit an, wo nötig. Deine Arbeit sorgt dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen, Mitarbeiter:innen und Freelancer:innen weltweit schnell, sicher und störungsfrei arbeiten können - und dass unsere Tech-Plattformen zuverlässig skalieren.

**Das ist der Job**:

- Aufbau und Leitung unseres neuen Teams für Plattform-Infrastruktur und IT-Security
- Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT- und Cloud-Infrastruktur (Azure, Kubernetes, On-Prem-GPU-Server in Schweizer Rechenzentren, Netzwerke, Firewalls etc.)
- Verantwortung für die technische Betreuung der Office-Infrastruktur (inkl. Netzwerke, WLAN, Meetingräume etc.) an unseren Standorten
- Verantwortung für die Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer MDM-Lösungen (Microsoft Intune, JAMF)
- Verantwortung für die Informationssicherheit: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres ISO-27001-zertifizierten ISMS, inkl. Dokumentation, Audits und Awareness
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Teams für AI-Forschung und Produktentwicklung
- Schnittstelle zu unserem externen CISO sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern
- Budgetverantwortung und technologische Roadmap für dein Team

**Das bringst du mit**:

- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur/Plattformbetrieb - idealerweise in einer leitenden Funktion
- Technische Versiertheit, strategisches Denken und fokussierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Infrastrukturen (Azure), MDM (Intune, JAMF) und On-Prem-Setups
- Kenntnisse bezüglich Netzwerksicherheit, ISO 27001, Firewalls und Serverarchitekturen
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit Lust auf Aufbauarbeit und Teamverantwortung
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- CH- oder EU/EFTA-Staatsangehörigkeit oder eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für die Schweiz
