Social Media Manager

Fluency in **French** and **German** is essential, and proficiency in **English** is a significant plus. You will have the freedom to work at your own pace while driving measurable results across our platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Develop, design, and post original, engaging, and visually striking content (images, videos, captions) tailored to each platform.
- **Graphic Design**: Create high-quality graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- **Social Media Advertising**: Independently plan, execute, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
- **Strategy Development**: Take full ownership of social media strategy and execute campaigns to grow engagement, reach, and conversions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Regularly track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- **Community Management**: Build a strong online presence by actively engaging with audiences and responding to comments/messages.
- **Multilingual Campaigns**: Create culturally relevant content and campaigns in **French** and **German**.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Languages**: Fluency in **French** and **German** (required); proficiency in **English** (preferred).
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results without constant supervision.
- **Experience**: Proven track record of managing social media platforms and ad campaigns (2+ years preferred).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Experience with social media ad managers and analytics tools.
- **Creativity**: Ability to craft unique, engaging, and innovative content.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resourceful and capable of handling challenges with mínimal direction.
