Sous la supervision de la Quality Manager, le/la Quality Coordinator a pour principale responsabilité de veiller à l'hygiène, la propreté et la décoration de l'ensemble de l'hôtel.

Vos missions:

- Assurer la propreté intérieure de l'hôtel tant dans les espaces publics que les espaces privés
- Superviser et contrôler le nettoyage des chambres, des lieux publics et privés.
- Mettre en place les amenities en chambre avant l'arrivée des clients.
- Soutenir la gestion administrative du département
- Former les nouveaux collaborateurs
- Assurer la relation avec les fournisseurs de linge, de fleurs, d'uniformes...
- Remplacer la Quality Manager lors de ses absences.

Votre profil:

- Expérience en hôtellerie (de préférence dans un établissement similaire).
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Expérience en hôtellerie.s avancées (Microsoft Office et Opera).
- Polyvalence, Flexibilité, Disponibilité, Autonomie.
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité de Leadership.
- Orientée client et solutions.
