**Your contribution**

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of laboratory automation systems as part of multidisciplinary project teams. As a System Integrator, you will build functional prototypes and prototypes, test functionalities, analyze errors, and work closely with mechanics, electronics, and software teams to develop solutions and improvements.

**Responsibilities**
- Building functional prototypes
- Integration of prototype or pilot devices
- Analysis of customer problems
- Compilation and preparation of results
- Error analysis and documentation
- Development and maintenance of integration tools and methods
- Creation of appropriate test scripts to test specific functionalities
- Hardware and software configuration management
- Preparation of feasibility studies
- Support, close collaboration, and partial tasks in Systems Engineering

**Your background**

- Technical education with a focus on engineering or a relevant field, with further qualifications as an engineer (FH) or technician (TS).
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary knowledge in engineering, with expertise in electronics, mechanics, software development (including scripting and C
- Proficiency in PC hardware configuration and usage, demonstrating a deep understanding of computer systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
