**Currently we're looking for talents in the following 2 domains**:
**Cloud & AI Platforms - AI Apps**
- You’ll guide customers through their AI adoption journey, influence senior stakeholders, and lead strategic engagements that drive innovation and business value. With deep expertise in AI agents, cloud-native development, and enterprise architecture, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of AI-powered solutions in Switzerland.
- As part of the Cloud + AI Infrastructure team, you’ll lead engagements focused on migration, modernization, and resilient architecture using frameworks like CAF and WAF. You’ll ensure readiness for AI workloads, drive adoption through repeatable IP, and collaborate closely with customer IT leaders to design and implement scalable, secure solutions.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field AND a few years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, software development, or IT consulting OR equivalent experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Several years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including architecture, consulting, or solution delivery.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including security, compliance, and governance in regulated industries.
- Several years of experience with cloud-based solution designs, migrations, modernization and management of technology.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, especially in deploying AI agents would be a plus.
- Development background in.NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript/Node.js, with experience in cloud-native and microservices architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Certifications in Azure, AWS. Google, around AI, or DevOps are a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
**Cloud & AI Apps CSA**
- ** Engage and Influence Senior Stakeholders**: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, enterprise architects, and IT decision-makers. Align technical strategies with business outcomes to accelerate cloud adoption and AI readiness.
- ** Remove Technical Barriers**: Lead deep technical engagements to resolve blockers across networking, security, and hybrid environments. Confidently navigate two-way door decisions with senior leadership and escalate constructively on behalf of the customer to ensure successful deployments.
- ** Drive Azure & GitHub Consumption Growth**: Identify opportunities to expand usage by aligning technical capabilities with customer goals. Enable teams through skilling, optimization, and solution acceleration.
- ** Evangelize AI & App Innovation**: Represent Microsoft in technical communities, conferences, and customer workshops. Share best practices and insights to inspire innovation and adoption.
- ** Collaborate and Contribute to Delivery Excellence**: Work closely with engineering, product, and partner teams to bring the latest innovations to customers. Own your delivery pipeline, continuously upskill, and contribute to reusable IP that scales impact across
