For our headquarters in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, we are looking for the following enthusiastic team member to start in September 2025: **Technical Designer windsor. women (d/f/m)**: As a Technical Designer, you will actively contribute your passion and expertise in fit, proportions, and craftsmanship to our collection development process. You will be responsible for the product groups blazers, coats, and jackets, overseeing the entire process from developing a prototype based on design sketches to refining production-ready patterns. Working closely with the design team, you will contribute your creative ideas to the model development process. Your diverse range of tasks will include developing base patterns, optimising fit, and establishing processing guidelines. You will also define technical components and present prototypes to the creative team. You will ensure the technical model documentation is accurate and serve as a point of contact for fit-related patternmaking questions and processing details for internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will take part in production audits to ensure quality standards are met.
