Digital Experience Solution Architect

You will be responsible for the platforms & services that deliver the digital experience across all channels of engagement in B2B and B2C for Medela globally. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape and evolve jointly the required technology along with the business digital strategy. The goal is it to provide a coherent and impactful web and social media global presence of Medela.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish the solution roadmap required to deliver the platforms and services that enable Medela to reach an impactful & coherent global digital presence
- Provide solutions and new practices, processes, metrics, or models which may set precedent
- Drive the delivery of the project roadmap for Medela digital global presence by collaborating extensively with internal & external teams
- Partner with our wider IT community and business to ensure all aspects of technology needs are considered in the selection and integration of new technologies
- Ensure the overall solution development, delivery and release management is best of the art
- Lead meetings with senior leaders to communicate how our IT digital ecosystem is delivering against business goals.
Your qualifications, experience and skillsets
- Extensive experience in the digital technology space with eCommerce and with MarTech ecosystem capabilities including web, social, DAM, mobile, SEO, CRM required
- Hands on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting business critical, consumer facing solutions in the Cloud required
- Know How in the set-up and management of the DAM is preferred with extensive eContent management knowledge
- Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps processes preferred
