**Programme overview**:
- This is a unique 18-month experience, where we offer you a permanent position along with a specific programme involving rotations in different teams to build your expertise and professional skills. Through this programme you will assist with the activities of Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) departments while also laying the foundations for your career.
- Investment Platform:
- Co-headed by the Head of Investments & CIO and the Head of Investment Offering of Pictet Wealth Management, the Investment Platform employs nearly 300 investment professionals across macro and quantitative research, equity and fixed-income research, advisory services, fund selection, asset class experts, investment marketing & communication, sales management, the COO Office and portfolio management and structuring.
**Programme highlights**:
- Rotational experience: Develop your business know-how and gain hands-on experience by rotating across different teams within the Investment Platform, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of our operations and strategies and laying the foundations for your career.
- Skills development workshops: Participate in workshops focused on enhancing interpersonal and self-leadership skills, crucial for your professional growth.
- Professional certification: Pursue a globally recognized professional certification such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), fully supported by the bank.
- Networking opportunities: Build a robust professional network with peers, setting the stage for a successful career in finance.
- Mentorship and support: Work alongside experienced investment professionals and receive regular feedback and support from your manager, HR and assigned mentors or buddies.
- Starting in a permanent position lets you immediately integrate our team and contribute meaningfully while you develop your skills and knowledge through the programme.
**Your profile**:
- We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals who are eager to start their careers and possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Between six months’ and two years’ experience working in the financial industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial software and tools.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and French.
- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
