Join Lonza AG for a key role in life sciences as a Program Manager in Switzerland.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the project champion for customer projects within Lonza Drug Product Services
- Lead customer communication and project coordination, collaborating closely with functional and project leads
- Coordinate project initiation, planning, execution, and control, ensuring the increased visibility of Lonza DPS to attract new customers
- Ensure customer happiness throughout the project lifecycle by maintaining clear communication, facilitating issue resolution, and delivering timely results
- Define and manage project scope, lean processes, information flow, and timelines in agreement with functional and project leaders, ensuring timely and in-full (OTIF) deliverables
- Support the proposal team during early discussions on potential new projects
- Form and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally
Key requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences with a strong commercial background
- Commercial and financial acumen with a solid understanding of the cost implications of production failures and the ability to fulfill customer orders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Substantial experience in parenteral drug product development or clinical supply
- Demonstrated successful approach with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Extensive Program Management experience and a well-established business network
- Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus
