**Job Purpose**
The Market Access US Lead, is responsible for building up core commercial capabilities and marketing strategies needed to ensure the commercial success of the US launch. The function will focus on the roll-out of early access programs in our launch centers and assist in the deployment of the market access strategy and tactics to support the overall go-to-market plan. In addition, the Market Access US Lead supports the marketing strategy by educating patient advocacy groups, social workers, and nurse practitioners and by providing information about services rendered by ARTIDIS to hospitals and clinics.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on early access program value propositions to create innovative initiatives that enhance value stories and reduce patient burden
- Provide input into clinical and business development to ensure early access programs capture value, align to what is meaningful to patients, to ensure patient requirements are adequately met
- Work in close collaboration with patient councils and advocacy groups affiliated with clinical trial centers to develop patient support materials and communications as well as the roll-out of campaigns that explain ARTIDIS value proposition to patients
- Responsible for marketing and new messaging for patient-centered personas
- Manage all patient-centered connections, including advocacy groups, nurse practitioners, social workers, key opinion leaders and scientific media outlets
**Qualifications**
- BA in Marketing or similar education
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in patient engagement and communication
- Proven track record of healthcare innovation and medical device marketing
- High skill levels in cross functional collaborations and teams, strong leadership and presentations skills with leadership across commercial and scientific team members
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and oral communication skills (native speaker level)
- Sound foundation of business acumen, ability to synthesize data, interpret and translate into compelling and clear communication materials and campaigns
- Flexibility to handle national and international travel as required (30-50%)
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, strong initiative, and ability to manage complex business situations
