**recognition process of your diploma with SEFRI**
- **Have already gathered experience in early childcare**
- **Are fluent in English / Are a native English-speaker and perhaps even have some knowledge**

**of French (we are becoming bilingual in Etoy: English and French).**
- Have an open-minded and positive personality; if you are great at building relationships inside

your team and with the children and their parents.
