Siemens is a leading technology company (employing around 6,000 people in Switzerland / 320,000 globally). We provide pioneering solutions for the building technology, energy, mobility, healthcare, and industry sectors.

**Your new responsibilities**
- Adapt training content to various local languages and support the rollout of these materials in different countries
- Support the development of training concepts and communication strategies
- Contribute your own ideas to help promote a “Digital First” mindset within the organization
- Work in an agile environment

**Your talents and experience**
- You are currently enrolled at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences, ideally in a technical, communication, or business field
- You have a basic understanding of agile methods, Design Thinking, and project or change management
- You are passionate about new IT technologies and artificial intelligence
- You possess strong analytical skills and work independently and in a structured manner
- You are fluent in German and have very good English skills, both written and spoken
- You have strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Ideally, you can start in September 2025
