Product Marketing Manager Se F/m/d

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager SE f/m/d to join our newly built and innovative team in our Small Enterprise Segment. Together with the Product Management team you are responsible for the successful launch of new products and optimal use of existing products for the French part of Switzerland.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Communicate new features and benefits within the SE segment in collaboration with the Product Managers (Core Teams) the continuous development of product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
- Develop marketing programs & campaigns to drive growth of our B2B business, in close cooperation with internal business units (Product, Sales, Data) - internalize our Traffic Acquisition in Performance marketing.
- Generate traffic, signups, and transactions in our ecommerce activities (with external & internal resources.
- Take ownership of communicating new features and benefits to our B2B clients, manage together with the Product Managers the continuous development of product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
- Together with the Growth Marketing & Product Team SE & the Core product team you are responsible for the successful launch of new products and optimal use of existing products.
- Develop a deep understanding of our SE Companies/Job Seekers and gather, synthesize, and share market and customer insights through research, interviews, surveys, focus groups and other data collection methodologies.
- Work with external agency to implement successful B2B lead generation activities

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- 2+ years' experience in Marketing, successfully launching and promoting digital products and services
- A track record in consumer and growth marketing and a good understanding of channels is a big plus
- Motivation and interest to learn and develop your technical understanding (e.g. Programmatic)
- Demonstrated self-starter who can adapt quickly between duties and tasks and experience in, or willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and creative thinker who can not only create, gather, and hypothesize campaign concepts but also help deliver them
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on attitude
- Excellent French & English Skills, German is beneficial
