As a “**Consumer and Market Insights Project Manager**”, you will be responsible for developing and leveraging comprehensive consumer and market insights to drive innovation, shape brand strategy, and enhance communication and customer experience. Your expertise will play a crucial role in informing key business decisions and ensuring a competitive edge in the market.

**A Day in the Life of a Consumer and Market Insights Project Manager**
- Develop and drive consumer, market, and brand understanding for assigned HQ business areas, bridging knowledge gaps and leading research
- Foster consumer empathy across the business team to inform decision-making and inspire collaboration
- Translate business questions into research plans and work with external agencies to execute projects
- Provide objective, actionable findings from research results to guide decision-making
- Communicate results effectively to impact decisions at all levels, including leadership
- Manage global CMI monitoring tools, driving adoption, training, and improvement
- Serve as a reference for the tool within the Nespresso global insight network and Nestle CMI community

**What will make you successful**
- University degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Established experience in Consumer and Market Insights (agency and/or client side)
- Strong communication analytical skills
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research techniques for innovation, communication, and branding
- Ability to design research plans and lead projects with budget, supplier, research and schedule management
- Curiosity and experience uncovering consumer opportunities and trends
- Fluent in English
