Your mission
- Leading and taking the responsibility to define, implement and enforcement the adoption of security guidelines and best practices for Kistler products
- Professional support of developers, architects and product managers in the definition and implementation of appropriate security measures in their products
- Performing risk-analyses with product managers and architects to take adequate security decisions and trade-offs during the product design phase
- Actively supporting the product teams in implementing their security strategies and advising software and hardware engineers on security questions
- Defining security guidelines, processes, and best practices for Kistler’s product development teams
- Implementing and operating critical security services and infrastructure for use by Kistler’s development teams
- Executing and evaluating security reviews - both internally and in collaboration with external partners
- Governing Vulnerability Disclosure Programs, Bug Bounties, and other cyber-security activities
- Training Kistler staff on security topics

These are your assets
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Specific education in security, e.g., CISSP, CSSLP, CAS information security
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer (C#/.NET or other OO languages)
- Experience in Test Driven Development and Domain Driven Design
- Experience with Continuous Integration, DevOps, and corresponding toolchains
- Excellent analytical skills and communication skills
- Tangible passion for technical software systems and security
- Distinct entrepreneurial thinking & acting and solution-oriented mind-set
- Strong organizational skills and strong identification with Kistler values
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher) or German (B2 or higher) written and spoken
