**CX Value Manager**
**PURPOSE**:
Customer focused pricing resource dedicated to keeping customer journey and Bayer value creation strategies harmonized throughout the value chain. Liaisons heavily within the marketing organization to ensure alignment of strategies, tools, stories, and approaches to build an omni-channel pricing approach that is compelling to customers.
Assists marketing in building presentations to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and push pricing capabilities forward throughout the organization.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ability to explain complexity in a simplified way to build buy-in from internal stakeholders and customers.
- Recognize and pro-actively advance pricing approaches across multiple platforms and develop customer centric pricing approaches and models Develop user success scenarios and assist in change management of existing processes to ensure success of new Go-to-Market models, service offerings, and new business models.
- Create and drive strategic taskforces with marketing department to align regional approaches to customer-centric value proposals through price development or incentives and rebates Assist in creating value capture strategies in new Go-to-Market approaches that align with the Bayer 2030 strategy and deliver added value to the organization.
- Co-create measurable outcomes and KPI’s for internal and external stakeholders to measure adoption and development of new pricing approaches and methodologies.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- A complex problem solver with the ability to beak large, complex projects down into easily understood work packages
- Passionate about customer engagement and customer experience with previous marketing experience (highly preferred).
- Someone who connects with a broad set of stakeholders and can put themselves in the shoes of other team members
- Curious about customer motivations and the ability to calculate incentives and rebates to motivate customer actions
- Familiarity with Go-to-Market approaches and development of omni-channel strategies.
- Advanced communication skills and stakeholder alignment experience
