**Your Team**

Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Product Managers, Researchers, Analysts, Designers, and Developers from diverse backgrounds. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product, while always leaving space for fresh ideas and new approaches. **Your Mission**

You’ll drive the design perspective in your projects and provide direction through the end-to-end design process as you design and validate solutions. Starting with effective problem framing through ideation, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes (and ending with user-validated, high-fidelity designs), you’ll design features/tools our users will delight in. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers in cross-functional teams, and other peers, stakeholders, and experts. You will shape and strategize the development of the product’s design and flesh out guidelines and patterns. All the while, you’ll balance creating engaging and beautiful user experiences with your understanding of user behaviour that you back up with data - the same data you’ll use to measure success.

**Your responsibilities**:
- You'll drive strategic product opportunities and set design direction from discovery to delivery.
- You'll oversee the creation of comprehensive design artifacts and contribute to establishing quality standards for the team.
- You'll collaborate with product and engineering leads to influence strategic decisions.
- You'll solve complex design challenges while mentoring other designers to develop innovative solutions.
- You'll contribute to establishing a design vision and standards that guide the entire product organization.
- You'll champion inclusive design practices and contribute to accessibility standards across products.

**Your story**:
- ** You can work remotely or hybrid within Switzerland or the UK, with access to our offices in St. Gallen and London.**:

- You have 8+ years of design experience working with SaaS or complex digital products.
- You're confident working with both UI and UX - even if one is your main field of expertise.
- You demonstrate strong strategic thinking with ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- You get more - not less - creative when faced with limits and ambiguity. You have excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You have a portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and scalable design solutions.
- You contributed to or conducted quantitative and qualitative user research in the past.
- You enjoy working cross-functionally, bringing new ideas to the table, and never being afraid to challenge the status quo.
- You're expert-level proficient with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. You speak English fluently.
