Tasks

As a D365 CE Solution Architect, you'll be at the forefront of our client's service delivery model, sculpting the functional and technical architecture for a diverse customer portfolio.

Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE will be pivotal as you craft functional design documents, lead workshops, and ensure seamless integration of solutions. Here's a glimpse of what awaits:

- Architecting cutting-edge solutions for marketing, sales, and service processes
- Developing functional design documents and statements of work
- Leading customer workshops to gather requirements
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment with your technical prowess

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects
- In-depth knowledge of marketing, sales, and service processes
- Proven track record in consulting and anticipating customer needs
- Certification or training in business IT or software engineering
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps tools
- Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
