Our client, a Fast Track Microsoft Partner and leader in Digital Transformation, is seeking a passionate individual to join their team and drive innovation in Marketing, Sales, and Service processes.

With over 30 years of industry experience and 21 locations, our client has continually thrived, thanks to their commitment to innovation and the ability to adopt the latest Microsoft developments in record time.

Tasks

As a D365 CE Solution Architect, you'll be at the forefront of our client's service delivery model, sculpting the functional and technical architecture for a diverse customer portfolio.

Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE will be pivotal as you craft functional design documents, lead workshops, and ensure seamless integration of solutions. Here's a glimpse of what awaits:

- Architecting cutting-edge solutions for marketing, sales, and service processes
- Developing functional design documents and statements of work
- Leading customer workshops to gather requirements
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment with your technical prowess

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects
- In-depth knowledge of marketing, sales, and service processes
- Proven track record in consulting and anticipating customer needs
- Certification or training in business IT or software engineering
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps tools
- Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
