**Your team**:
- The
- As a T&O Relationship Manager you will build a trusted relationship with our internal business partners (our business lines) by granting them a simplified and privileged connection point in the T&O Division. You will handle complex issues that arise with the business lines and assist with their future strategic developments. As both a strategic and operational partner of the COOs and other executive stakeholders in the business lines, you will focus on enabling their business initiatives within Tech&Ops and ensure that the highest standards are met at all times. With your strong drive and problem-solving skills, you will be recognised as the facilitator and key business partner of your business line for any T&O-related need.**Your role**:
- Acting as the natural and privileged point of contact for your partner business line(s) by handling any recurrent or complex operational and/or technology issues or new business initiatives.
- Preparing and managing regular 360° reviews with executive stakeholders (COOs, management committee members, heads of department) to monitor the relationship with T&O with a cross-functional view.
- Providing your partner business line(s) with a high-level and regular overview of their IT project portfolio.
- Acting as an enabler, facilitator and problem solver in any governance, communication or organizational related issue between your partner business line(s) and the T&O Division.
- Triggering and leading project-related taskforces with T&O when necessary to manage complex operational or technological issues or changes.
- Remaining up to date with changes and developments within T&O and being proactive vis-à-vis your partner business line(s).
- Building and maintaining a strong and trusted network both within T&O and across the Group.
- Coordinating the yearly budget process with your partner business line(s).
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Banking/Finance or equivalent.
- Three years or more in management/client relationship positions.
- Good understanding of business, financial market dynamics and financial products.
- Strong drive, client-servicing mindset and being ‘front oriented’.
- Cross-functional experience in banking operations and/or IT banking.
- Strong organisational, analytical, planning and client relationship management skills.
- Sound problem-solving skills.
- An enquiring mind and willingness to expand your areas of expertise.
- A thought leader, excellent communicator and client-focused professional.
- Fluent in French and English; German would be a plus.
- Excellent command of commonly used MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
