**Key responsibilities**:

- In charge of operator and scientist training at the site
- Liaise with operations team, QA and other functions to ensure training programs align with quality and business goals supporting functional objectives
- Support developing training strategy and programs as well as related material for all levels
- Manage relationships with external institutions and universities on expert & vocational training as well as re-training measures
- Responsible for recruitment of apprentices in collaboration with assigned trainers
- Work closely with global training project teams and other Lonza sites representing the training function during audits and inspections
- Coach and mentor technical trainers acting as role model within the organization to drive quality culture
- Provide onboarding training and advanced support during induction phase of new employees

**Key requirements**:

- Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Andragogy and Didactics as well as advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in a technical field
- Desirable BSc. in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
- Work experience as process support on shop floor of GMP manufacturing, QA or QC
- Proven process understanding (Pharma, GMP, Regulatory aspects) of quality procedures and SOP execution
- Prowess to effectively communicate, collaborate, and foster positive interactions with team members and stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German
