The employee has daily responsibilities to clean and maintain the property following five stars standards alongside with his/her teammates.

Other tasks such as doing laundry, ironing or serving meals when necessary will be required as well.

Responsible for your own work, you are able to work by yourself but you are also a team player, you will be joining a small but international and dynamic private household with possibilities to develop a long-term working relationship.

**Your tasks**:

- To perform daily housekeeping duties at the designated area with the use of appropriate chemical and cleaning products o Cleaning of rooms, bathrooms
- Cleaning of living room, kitchen
- Cleaning of laundry, technical rooms, storage areas
- To maintain cleanliness and working condition of all equipment with care following a daily, weekly, monthly, annual planning
- To prepare daily set up in rooms, laundry and other designated areas (flowers, amenities, turndown service)
- To take care of laundry tasks including washing, ironing and folding
- To insure the house is always kept clean and presentable (using the appropriate check list)
- To assist cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas such as terraces and outdoor living spaces
- To assist for grocery or housekeeping shopping
- To control stock level and products use
- To ensure excellent care of owners’ belongings, furniture, houses’ equipment
- To report any issues to Main office not later than 24hours and prepare a report on a weekly basis using appropriate way of communication
- To liaise with different maintenance teams when required to ensure proper work within the property
- To perform other duties occasionally/when requested such as waitressing/service
- To manage and teach temporary or new staff members
- To remain open and flexible at all time
- To ensure Guest satisfaction
- To constantly improve standards of service based on comments or feedback
- To be responsible for any project/assignment made by direct supervisor

- To be always discreet, respect intimacy and confidentiality aspects while performing duties and after duties
- To ensure effective waste management by sorting, distributing and recycling items as per local policy

**Your profile**:

- Previous experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position on land or on yacht or in a housekeeping department in five stars hotel
- To remain open and flexible at all time
- Guest oriented and waitressing skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Familiar with health and hygiene measures
- English speaking
