Our Opportunity

In order to strengthen the team in our prestigious boutique in Geneva, Rue du Rhône, we are recruiting our future:
** Client Advisor**

Acting as an ambassador of the Maison, you will provide exceptional, consistent, and seamless client experience and embody the values of the Maison and sophistication of storytelling.

Your main missions:
**_ Deliver a unique client experience_**

You welcome all clients entering the store and guide them regardless of the reason for their visit (browsing, purchase, after-sales). You understand and anticipate clients’ needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions and exceed expectations. You accompany clients across all touchpoints (in-store sales, distance sales, e-commerce, click & collect, etc.), maintaining the highest standards of service.

You leverage your expertise to master the Maison’s product knowledge and services offered to clients. You partner with cross-functional teams to resolve client requests in a timely manner.

**_ Foster sales and target achievement_**

Consistently achieving or exceeding individual and team sales objectives, you maximize every sales opportunity by deploying appropriate selling techniques (upselling, cross-selling, collaboration with other Client Advisors, back office). You successfully conduct and finalize sales across all touchpoints (in-store, distance sales, e-commerce).

**_ Clienteling_**

You develop and strengthen long-lasting client relationships and foster repeat purchases across all touchpoints. You also create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential client base.

**_ Store Operations & Processes_**

You fully contribute to the operational and administrative aspects of the store. You perform and support regular back-office operations such as data entry, product receiving, daily closures, stock counting, and AFSS processing. You handle stock tools, processes, and flows with precision (reservation management, transfers).

Your Background

You have at 5 to 10 years of working experience in a similar position, ideally in a high-end luxury boutique.

Passionate by the jewelry, watches, and accessories, you have excellent selling skills. You have developed an excellent networking and you are able to build truthful relationships with your clients and team.

Client-focused and team player, you strive to discover your client needs and guide them with passion across the Brand. Sales-driven, your excellent communication skills allow you to perform in your daily activities and maintain effective relationship with customers. You are flexible and rigorous, and you work in an organized and structure manner even in case of multitasking. You create a positive and harmonious work environment.

Finally, you easily use Microsoft Office suite and have strong knowledge of SAP. Moreover, you are fluent in French and in English; Italian is a great plus, and any other languages would be a distinct advantage.
