**What You Will Do**:

- further develop a comprehensive, tailored security awareness program
- drive a security-focused culture through events, workshops, and check-ins
- develop engaging materials and simulations to strengthen secure behaviors
- collaborate with teams to embed security best practices organization-wide
- continuously evaluate and adjust the program based on feedback and threat trends

**What You Bring**:

- extensive experience in security awareness and building a security-focused culture, with a deep knowledge of security principles and human-based threats
- exceptional communication skills for presenting complex security concepts in an engaging, simplified way to various audiences, including executives
- creative and team-oriented, with a strong customer focus and motivation to design impactful security training and initiatives
- skilled in organizing tasks, analyzing data, and adapting security programs based on metrics to foster a security-first mindset across the organization
- good oral and written knowledge of German and English, Spanish a plus
