The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement. A truly global organisation, it acts as a catalyst for collaboration between all Olympic stakeholders, including athletes, National Olympic Committees (NOCs), International Sports Federations (IFs), Organising Committees for the Olympic Games (OCOGs), Worldwide Olympic Partners, and Media Rights-Holders. It also works with public and private authorities, including the United Nations and other international organisations.

As a Games Learning Engagement and Expereince Manager, you will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging learning initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement, and promoting the Games Insights and Learning (GI&L) programme through targeted campaigns.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:
Stakeholder engagement and Learning programme definition
- Actively collaborate with the Senior Games Insights and Learning Manager, and advisors/vendors to deliver the GI&L experiential learning and engagement activities.
- Design and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies that align with organisational goals, ensuring that messaging is tailored to different audience segments.
- Ensure alignment and integration with the Games edition leads in the coordination and delivery of GI&L activities in their Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (OCOG).

Learning experience design and development
- Lead the design and development of impactful learning experiences such as the Operational Readiness Observers Programme (OROP), Observers Programme (OBP), and Games Evaluation, ensuring they are meaningful and aligned with participant learning needs.
- Support stakeholders across the Games Management Team (GMT) to adopt central learning tools such as the Games Learning Platform and best practices through targeted engagement campaigns.

Communication and Reporting
- Own internal and external communications with stakeholders related to GI&L activities, crafting clear, engaging messaging that drives participation.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and recommendations, tailoring content for different audiences to maximise impact.

Project management and Coordination
- Manage project tracking and reporting, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met while proactively identifying and addressing risks.
- Support key meetings and workshops, handling logistics, technology setup, agenda planning, and documentation of key actions.
- Provide hands-on support when needed, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination to ensure seamless GI&L programme delivery.

Strategic alignment and Continuous improvement
- Stay informed on the strategic objectives and evolving priorities of the Olympic Movement to ensure content aligns with the organisation’s overarching vision.

Specific Games-time responsibilities
- Support the Senior Games Insights and Learning Manager in the delivery of GI&L experiential learning activities in the lead-up to the Games.
- As part of the OROP and Observers Programme delivery teams, play an integral role in close partnership with the host OCOG, IOC stakeholders, and external partners to deliver the on-site programmes.
- Manage the selected technology solution(s) for the experiential learning activities to ensure up-to-date information and participant management.
- Manage on-site delivery logistics and design changes as necessary in collaboration with the Senior Games Insights and Learning Manager.
- Proactively assess and prevent issues and mitigate risks.
- Support the Senior Games Insights and Learning Manager when needed as the main point of contact for GI&L Games-time activities.

**In order to be eligible for this role, you need to meet the following criteria**:

- A university degree in management, communications, learning and development, or a related field is required.
- A master’s degree in sport management, organisational development, or a related field is desirable, indicating a higher level of expertise and understanding of the industry.
- Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of communication in international settings.
- Knowledge of additional languages can be advantageous, especially in a multicultural environment like the Olympic Movement, facilitating better communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and technology solutions for participant management and engagement.
