Internship - Administration Support

We are a Swiss startup specialised in computer vision for the health industry. We deliver inspection and traceability solutions to ensure patient safety.
We are currently delivering our first customers with some of them being the biggest pharmaceutical manufacturers and we keep getting new requests for our solutions. Given that situation we have to grow our teams to reach the customers expectations.
**What we are looking for**:
We are currently looking for an intern to join us in Basel. You will be working directly with the CEO on a great variety of tasks such as marketing, communication, project coordination and administration.
**Here are the main challenges that you will be facing**:
- Understand the product that we sell and our customers point of view
- Balance your time between a huge variety of tasks, and make sure you prioritise correctly
- Take initiatives
- Think out of the box to find the best solutions
**Your tasks will be the following**:
- Marketing (10%) : organise and participate to events (external faires and local demonstrations)
- Project coordination (30%) : check with team members the task status and update it, make sure the the planning is well shared
- Administrative tasks (40%) : set up export process, support accounting, fill monthly KPI.
**Your qualities**:
- You love to take initiatives and have some freedom
- You like it when things are well organised
- You want to work in a fast paced environment
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit
- You speak English
**Income**:
1500 CHF / month
