**This position reports to**:
Local Sales Unit Manager - Motors ＆ Drives CH

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will manage enquiries, support the management team with scheduling and reporting, and implement and improve administrative processes. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motors & Drives Local Sales Unit in Switzerland. Main stakeholders are colleagues from the Management Team. You will be mainly accountable for: - Managing enquiries, assessing urgency, initiating actions, and providing solutions within scope. - Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining databases, and creating reports and presentations for management. - Researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organization charts, and internal correspondence for the Local Sales Unit Manager. - Supporting management and communications/marketing team with internal and external events, including travel arrangements, venue booking, and catering. **Qualifications for the role**:

- Vocational education in a commercial discipline
- Experience in a similar position, ideally in a multinational corporation and proficiency in the use of MS Office 365, ideally in SAP
- Very good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Dynamic and proactive personality with own ideas
- Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- You are at ease communicating in German and English, French is a plus
- You hold current work permit valid in Switzerland (or EU/EFTA)
