Vifor Pharma has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our talent team based in Glattbrugg, Zurich.

In this role you will be responsible for full recruitment in your allocated functions. In addition, you will provide ad-hoc support to other functions based on business needs. You will also have the opportunity to own and manage Talent Acquisition projects such as process improvement, technology upgrades, employer branding and overseeing an RPO solution.

You are a tech-savvy recruiter, able to find gaps in TA processes and tools, propose solutions and implement them with true collaborative approach.

Key responsibilities
- Be accountable for talent acquisition activities in your allocated functions and provide ad hoc recruitment support to other functions
- Participate in and co-lead EVP + corporate branding activities
- Drives effective TA practices through: Social Media, networking, ATS / CRM platform, etc.
- Builds and maintains relationships with HR colleagues, key stakeholders and hiring managers
- Ensures compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures as well as GDPR
- Work closely with business leaders as needed to understand and align business needs to appropriate sourcing methodologies
- Implements strategic, innovative recruiting solutions to hire the right skills and quality of talent to achieve corporate staffing objectives
- Act as an ambassador in representing CSL Vifor values throughout the recruitment process
- Builds collaborative relationships with internal and external customers
- Maintain CRM updated and ensure accuracy of information
- Act as point of contact for the external suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable ability to lead and co-lead projects; Consult, co-create and deliver with agility.
- University degree, a higher degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of in-house recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical, biotec or medical device sector.
- Previous experience in working in an international matrix-based organisation
- Exposure to working environment with tight deadlines and KPIs
- Fluent English, German and or French will be highly desirable
- Experience of working with different ATS or CRMs is an advantage
- Experience of running additional talent acquisition projects related to talent scouting, pipelining, employer branding or process improvement would be useful
