Carity is a Swiss digital health Startup founded in 2021 and on a mission to helping cardiac patients during and after cardiac rehabilitation increasing their self-confidence and motivation, enabling better adherence to the rehabilitation program, a stronger and safer psycho-cardiological recovery and eventually a reduction of the risk of a new cardiac event. With its unique blended intervention solution and digital health platform, Carity also helps providers to optimize their process flow, support caregiver bottlenecks and eventually improve and personalize the quality of care.

Carity is on its way to getting ISO 13485 certified and launching its first product version in Switzerland. As the head of BD and sales, you will take the lead to prepare and manage product launches, initiating first revenues in Switzerland, extending the business model to support further growth and eventually building up an effective sales organization. You have the ambition to enable Carity’s take off on the Swiss market, eventually extending beyond Switzerland and are comfortable engaging and interacting with the product developers and owners, patients, cardiologists, rehabilitation teams, health providers, and health insurers.

Tasks
- Prepare and manage all launch activities, incl. CRM, procurement, and distribution activities
- Engage existing and new rehabilitation centres in Switzerland to secure direct patient access
- Responsibility for the sales budget, generating first turnover and ensuring subsequent growth
- Extend business opportunities to other customer segments, such as health providers
- Further develop acquisition and sales processes, and as applicable build up the sales organisation
- Contribute with the management team to extend and refine strategy, business model, expansion plans
- Contribute with the product team to refine the product-market fit by leveraging voice of customer(s)
- Support the management team with fundraising activities

**Requirements**:
You have ambition to succeed, you have a constructive, open-minded, and pro-active attitude, and you are comfortable in a start-up environment. You can cope with challenges, deal with changing situations, work independently to achieve your objectives, always driven by your mission to support patient care.

**You bring with you the following track record and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or management, or engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience with go-to-market of innovative products and with revenues initiation and growth
- Proven leadership skills, along with entrepreneurial experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience in digital health or medical devices; professional networking in healthcare industry
- Fluent in German and business English, other Swiss official languages is a plus
