Broadcast Project Manager

**Your mission**:

- Plan individual and strands of live broadcast projects.
- Personally lead individual deployments
- On location, manage teams of staff and freelance Video Operators and Product Specialists
- With the Operations management team, plan and coordinate resources to ensure priorities are met
- Take a leading role in developing new broadcast solutions and introducing technological developments
- Support, mentor and develop the Operations team

**Your profile**:

- A strong, diverse and verifiable technical background in live sports broadcasting.
- Highly familiar with broadcast video formats, including HD and UHD, in Rec709 and Rec2020.
- You will know the difference between Square Division and 2 Sample Interleave.
- A good understanding of the video codecs and bandwidths employed in live broadcast contribution and distribution.
- Analytical understanding, structured and results-oriented working method.
- Customer-oriented personality with an affinity to Information Technology.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the planning and execution of Live Sports Broadcasts, as a Technical Producer, EIC, Unit Manager, Technical Manager or similar.
- An exceptional eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly computer literate.
