**Operation Readiness Lead (80-100%)**:
**Do you want to be an actor of this journey and add real value to our stakeholders?**:
The Operation Readiness Lead is responsible for a high quality and efficient deployment and transition into operation of changes and technical releases. To do this, close collaboration is required with all operational entities, operational support functions and technical supply organization, mainly the OPS readiness organization within the technical department.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure all operational changes and technical releases are ready to be deployed, that means that all tests, quality and safety assessments, etc. are fulfilled and signed off
- Ensures all ops (including simulation-based) training is planned and delivered to time and quality
- Provide an operational transition plan involving all concerned operational units (internal and external to Skyguide) including an impact assessment of the change or release
- Oversee the operational support activities to ensure the necessary foundation for the transition of change/release into operation
- Manage the communication with all stakeholders, including customers (operations) and suppliers (technical delivery) to ensure a mutual understanding of a change or release and its impact on operation, and prevent misunderstandings and misalignment
- Design and implement improvement measures to the operational readiness and transition management process in skyguide

**Your profile**:

- Air traffic management experience with a broad understanding of operational need
- Practical experience in and further education in change management and agile methodologies is a plus
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholder needs
- Open-minded team player with good interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem solving Fluent in English, good command in German or French is a plus
