Postdoctoral Position at Pasu Lab

**Mission**
We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow to join our team to work on a new SNSF-funded project on _Managing a Just Transition to Net Zero_. This project aims (1) to measure economic/job vulnerabilities to the clean energy transition at the individual and regional level (drawing on labor market surveys and LLM), (2) to collect original survey data on individual-level policy preferences in response to the negative effects of decarbonization, and (3) to conduct quantitative impact assessments of ‘just transition’ policies implemented around the world.
**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Co-oversee the implementation of the project with the PI.
- Mentor PhD students involved in the project.
- Limited contribution to education at the College of Management (to be discussed).
- Profile
- A PhD in quantitative social sciences (economics, public policy, political science, etc.) or in computational social science.
- An interest in problems related to climate, sustainability, energy, and/or labor economics.
- Ability and/or desire to work in a team/lab setting.
- Fluent in English (French not required)
