**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Als Teil eines Projektteams übernehmen Sie im Rahmen von Großbauprojekten aus dem Bereich Life Sciences die Erstellung und Kontrolle komplexer Terminpläne.
- Sie behalten die Richtigkeit, Validität und Vollständigkeit der Terminpläne im Blick und erstellen Fortschrittsberichte für das Projekt-Reporting.
- Sie identifizieren, analysieren und kommunizieren Abweichungen und erarbeiten Vorschläge zur Gegensteuerung.
- Sie koordinieren interne und externe Terminpläne, bewerten die Vorgehensweise und die Kontrollsysteme und erarbeiten Maßnahmen.
- Als Berater fördern Sie eine gute und strukturierte Kommunikation mit den kundeninternen Fachbereichen und den externen Planungsteams.

**Qualifikationen**
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Fach
- oder Hochschulstudium mit bautechnischer Ausrichtung.
- Sie bringen ca. 7 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektsteuerung / Project Controls für Life Sciences o. Öl & Gas Projekte mit, davon min. 5 Jahre spezialisierte Kentnisse in einer CQV Terminplanerrolle.
- Sie überzeugen durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Zielstrebigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen ebenso wie Spaß an herausfordernden Großprojekten.
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Primavera (P6) und MS Project.
