**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche Verantwortung für Qualitätsmanagement (QM) und Qualitätssicherung (QS) für das gesamte Unternehmen (Produktion, Locations)
- Aufbau, Erarbeitung und Einführung von Zertifizierungen (FSSC 22000) und internen GHP/HACCP-Plänen
- Planung, Monitoring und Lenkung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbearbeitung von externen und internen Audits
- Gestaltung und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse (Process Engineering)
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit zur Steigerung der Produktqualität und Prozesseffizienz
- Erstellung und Freigabe von Spezifikationen und Deklarationen
- Fachliche Unterstützung bei Behörden
- und Kundenanfragen
- Aufbau und Betreuung des Mängel
- und Reklamationsmanagements
- Erarbeitung der Probeentnahme-, Prüfpläne und Hygienepläne sowie Schädlingsbekämpfung
- Organisation und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen über Hygiene, Qualität und Lebensmittelsicherheit

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnliche Fachrichtungen
- Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrungen in der QM/QS innerhalb der Lebensmittelindustrie
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse in MS-Office
- Sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit
- Erfahrung in Organisations
- und Führungsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil
- Leidenschaft für qualitativ hochstehende Lebensmittel
- Motivation, Leidenschaft und Durchhaltevermögen
