Tasks
- Develop, implement, and streamline proper and scalable finance processes in close cooperation with the Head of Finance
- Identify areas for process improvements and support in their implementation
- Evaluate our cost and price structure through detailed analyses, with support from the team
- Assist in the monthly reporting process, including cash reconciliation and daily tasks such as account payables and account receivables
- Maintain close contact with our external accountants, ensuring accurate and up-to-date books with their support
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions by providing financial analysis and insights
- Support the team in all aspects of finance, including ad-hoc requests and special projects
- Prepare financial reports and analyses on various aspects of the business
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Passion for working with numbers and a desire to learn
- Understanding of basic principles of accounting and financial analysis
- Good technology affinity, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
- High level of self-initiative and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required
