Tasks
Your Commitment will include
- Managing and optimizing Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence, which are used for agile workflows with SAFe, requirements management, documentation, and task backlog management.
- Additionally, you will support and maintain CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, and SonarQube to ensure smooth and efficient pipeline operations.
- Ensuring the stable, high-performing, and secure operation of the Atlassian platform and CI/CD tools.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance and reliability.
- Collaborating with teams to implement enhancements and support agile practices.
- Providing technical support, updates, and training for the tools in use.

**Requirements**:
Achieving the difference requires
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You have substantial experience in administering the Atlassian toolset (Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket), and preferably also Jenkins and SonarQube.
- Practical experience in deploying Atlassian Data Center platforms using Docker and/or OpenShift is desirable.
- You possess strong self-organization skills and enjoy maintaining reliable data and system management, housekeeping, and thorough documentation.
- You are characterized by a strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills in German. Proficiency in English is a plus.
