**Head of Air Traffic Controller Recruitment & Selection (80-100%)**:
**Location**: Wangen b. Dübendorf
**When**:01.08.2025 or upon availability

**Your mission**:
In this role you lead the recruitment and selection of future air traffic controller students with strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for developing top talent in a safety-critical environment.

**Your tasks**:

- Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team responsible for identifying and selecting the next generation of air traffic controllers (ATCO)
- Design and continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent
- Strive for long-term success in close collaboration with Operational Training (OT) and partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding
- Actively engage in recruiting activities for ATCO students

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in aviation-related recruitment and good knowledge of selection methodologies
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Motivation: you see purpose in what you do and take initiative to move things forward
- Resilience: you continue to work toward goals despite challenges and setbacks
- Inspiration: you positively influence others and motivate them to success
- Excellent communication skills in German and French (C1), and English (B2)
