**Job Description**:
- Guide the improvement of our existing manufacturing processes - Ability to identify areas for improvement of existing manufacturing processes of weaving and knitting and support or/and lead related project’s.
- Develop new technology platforms for têxtile based integrated RFID/electronics products - Experience leading end to end development of complex projects from idea to deployment.
- Support maintenance team - Coordinate production issues between production and development.
- Team Development - using both internal and external partners - Ability to manage agile cross functional teams
- Provide leadership and growth opportunities for the deployment team and ensure an individual development for team members
- Prepare the demos and design the pilot technologies to support the presale activities.
- Work closely with the Platform/ R&D team and the commercial teams to grow the business by demand creation.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduated Textile Engineer (e.g. Bachelor) or Textile Technician specialized in process and production or similar qualification
- Familiar with different manufacturing methods, ideally with knowledge of weaving and/or knitting
- Innovative, flexible, goal-oriented, and open-minded personality
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Excellent English language skills, oral and written are mandatory. Any other European language (e.g. German, Italian or French) skills would be a plus.
- Self-driven, prompt, and careful executor and a structured person with excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of RFID is a plus
- Detail-oriented and project management skills a must.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to champion projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization, ability to gain buy-in from senior-level executives.
- Solid understanding of finance and ROI analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Business Travel required: Up to 40% of travel
