As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Manufacturing Technology Lead, this role will be responsible for setting the vision, strategic objectives, and roadmap for the Manufacturing platforms across our supply chain.

This role will be uniquely positioned to work collaboratively with strategic external partners, global leaders and executives across the business and technology to passionately understand our technology needs, define and shape our Manufacturing platform roadmap, and power world-class digital technologies. This role will own holistically Manufacturing platforms and value delivery working closely as a strategic partner with technology, business leadership teams and external logistic providers. As a leader, this role will develop a culture of value delivery and continuous improvement while ensuring a connected and cohesive strategy across global Manufacturing platforms.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and expert Supply Chain leader this role will empower our Supply Chain partners and technology leaders through the delivery of platforms that create differentiated digital capabilities and deliver unique and customer experiences throughout our supply chain. This role will also manage the continuity of services through management of TSA’s, build & execute TSA Exit plans while initiating strategic demand in partnership with the Business to bring further efficiency to multiple Smart Operations ecosystems.

As a driver of change and Supply Chain innovation, this role will have the incredible opportunity to help shape technology investments with global leaders, enable digital transformation of our Manufacturing systems, and drive continuous introduction of digital platforms as a true partner with the business. This role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy, human-centered design, and technical execution to deploy, manage, and modernize a portfolio of next-generation Manufacturing platforms.

This role will also be responsible for supporting large-scale, high-visibility global technology initiatives across the LATAM, ASPAC, NA and EMEA regions and drive outcomes that matter in our local markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define vision, goals, objectives, and digital roadmaps for Manufacturing Platforms globally, co-shaping strategic demand with the business and aligning business and technology strategies to technology delivery
- Work hand-in-hand as a strategic partner with business teams and drive engagement with third party partners to deploy digital global Manufacturing platforms including MES, CMMS and Serialization platforms among others
- Lead continuous improvement across the manufacturing technology product lifecycle and lead engagement and relationships with third parties
- Work across Supply Chain product teams to define and deliver innovative solutions, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive strategy
- Manage a team of technology product owners and product teams across manufacturing platforms group
- Maximize return on investment from Manufacturing platforms in the regions by ensuring all product teams “build the right thing” to drive business value, in alignment with stakeholder expectations
- Lead and manage a cross-product roadmap for including deploying the latest technologies
- Lead and manage release planning, inform the product backlog, and resolve dependencies and resource collisions
