Im Rahmen der Verstärkung unseres Finance Team am Hauptsitz in Schaffhausen suchen wir ab sofort eine/n

**INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER PRODUCTION**
**(M/W/D - 100%)**

Diese interessante Position ist das Bindeglied zwischen Produktionsleitung, Produktionsplanung, Industrialisierung und Controlling. Sie berichten an die Department Managerin Industrial Controlling und nehmen darüber hinaus eine Beratungsfunktion für das Führungsteam Operations ein. Dort unterstützen Sie bei finanziellen Abschätzungen und Kennzahlenermittlungen im Bereich Lean Management.

In unserem Team haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihre persönlichen Analysestärken und technisches Wissen unter Beweis zu stellen. Mit Ihrem Grundverständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, tragen Sie zur Bewertung der aktuellen Geschäftssituation und Erreichung finanzieller Ziele bei.

**IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH**
- Koordination der Standardherstellkosten-Berechnung, sowie der laufenden Kalkulation von Produktneuheiten mit Fokus auf Kostenallokation
- Verantwortung für das Monitoring von Produktionsvarianzen, Non-Konformitäten und Produktivität
- Analyse von Maschineninvestitionen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen zur Steigerung des finanziellen Bewusstseins bei Entscheidungsträgern
- Durchführung der Budgetierung, sowie der kontinuierlichen Kostenüberwachung für alle Produktionsbereiche
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses, Abweichungsanalysen und des anschliessenden Berichtswesens

**IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN**
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbare Ausbildung z.B. eidg. FA
- Parktische Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Fundiertes Verständnis buchhalterischer Grundlagen
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; SAP-Erfahrung, sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Business-Warehouse Anwendungen von Vorteil
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
